Happy Spring!  We have been hearing from a lot of people that they are anxious, on edge and eager to move forward.  With all the change that has happened in the workd over the last few years, it's no wonder!  Change is definitely in the air.  What change do you desire?  Some folks want to feel better.  Some are looking for a new path at work.  What are you hungry for? Rejuvenation of body, mind and soul?  This time of year has us shedding clothing.  Some of us want to shed pounds.  Some want to shed old habits, people that don't fit in our lives anymore, jobs, etc.  It's time to get healthy.  It's time to treat ourselves to the best in food for the body and soul.
