Oya – Goddess of Change. How can you utilize the powers she represents in your own life?
What do you want? What changes would you like to see? What are the changes that could make your life the one you have been waiting for? Have you defined them? Written them down? Are they old thoughts, new thoughts? What change resonates to you? What can’t you wait to happen to you, for you, in you, RIGHT NOW? In order to change how we think and feel and then truly change our lives, we need to understand Law of Attraction. You want to change yourself? Start knowing who and what you are.
Law of Attraction – that which is likened to itself is drawn
Like attracts like. Every thought, feeling, emotion, vibrates at a certain frequency and attracts the same frequency/vibration.

Energy – Vibration – Frequency - The sun is energy, plants are energy, humans are energy - everything is energy – emitting vibrations and frequencies. We are like radio stations set at certain stations. You can’t listen to 101FM if you are tuned into AM1000. Just doesn’t work that way. We have to be on the same wavelength in order to receive. So what does this mean? If I am energy and everything else is energy, how do we relate? By emitting and attracting similar frequencies. Humans are the same as a radio station. We emit frequencies through our thoughts and our feelings. Thoughts and feelings show up as our emotions and we all have something called our emotional guidance system.
Our emotional guidance system comes down to this: Good feels good, and bad feels bad. Pretty simple. When you start paying attention to how you feel, you can begin to deliberately and consciously change and create the life you desire. There’s no judgment with this law - what we are feeling, we are attracting – good or bad. It’s in the focus of the thought and feeling that we can change what we attract.
Let’s clarify now. We are all energy. We vibrate at certain frequencies – radio stations – we attract the SAME vibrations that we are sending out in the form of emotions and feelings. So if we are in the feeling of love and appreciation, we are attracting love and appreciation. If we are overwhelmed or frustrated, or in hate with something, we attract the same. Can you think of an example in your life of how you are living this?Ok, so now you are thinking, how can I change my life to get what I want?
Let’s start by paying attention to our thoughts and feelings – truly being conscious of them and deciding if they are in our best interests or not. How does the thought feel? Good or Bad? If they feel good, go with it. Expand on it. Develop it – let your mind ponder it. Let the thought grow. Remember, it’s vibrating and attracting more thoughts like it. Law of Attraction is just this – attracting same frequencies and vibrations.
If the thought feels bad and not in your best interest, you can PIVOT your thoughts to something that feels a bit better. Pivoting is a gradual shifting of your point of attraction or focus. You attract with the thoughts and feelings you are having. Pivoting our thoughts to something that does feel good changes our point of attraction. We can then decide to pivot the thoughts that are not working for us to thoughts that do. For example, when you are sick, your thoughts are on being well. When you are without money, thoughts will go to having more money – these thoughts are a different vibration than the lack of what we have. By turning your attention to what you do want and focusing on what you are wanting begins the vibrational shift for you. This is the work. This is deliberate creation of ourselves. This is where we begin to change.
Let’s use the mental muscles we were born with. Let’s start “working in” with these muscles to strengthen and guide us to the things that we want. Let’s work with the emotional guidance system that has always been with us. It all begins with how we feel.
