Returns and Exchanges

We accept unworn, regular priced merchandise with tags still in place for Exchange or Credit Refund Only.  Credit refunds will be given only on returns postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of purchase.  Returns received after fourteen (14) days and before 30 days will receive a store merchandise credit and NOT a credit on your credit card.  The store merchandise credit is good for 60 days from date of purchase. Baubo's Garden does not waive or refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.  TOOL SHED/ADULT'S ONLY ITEMS, SALE ITEMS OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  For exchanges and returns, send your package, send your package, including your return/exchange form, via a traceable, prepaid and insured method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:

Shipping and Handling

We ship all our packages via UPS - Ground.  We require a street address to ship.  No post office boxes, please.  Next day and 2nd day service is available at an extra charge.  Please email us if you require expidited shipping.  Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship an order.

Sales Tax

Illinois residents add 9.5% for sales tax.  

Your Privacy

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.  Your name, shipping address and email address will be saved for future sales and our frequent buyer program.  You will be provided advance notice of store sales and store-related events.  You can add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Online Security

Your credit card is completely safe and your information is completely confidential.  Your credit card information is encrypted and sent to a secure server, making it impossible for it to be decoded by another outside source.
